1. Warranty on Parts
We offer a 30-day parts warranty for all repairs performed by FixItGiant. This warranty covers any parts we install during the repair process and is valid for 30 days from the date of the repair. If any part we provide fails within this period due to a manufacturing defect or installation error, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
2. No Warranty on Labor
There is no warranty on labor performed as part of the repair services. While we strive to provide excellent service, labor issues are not covered under warranty, and any further repairs related to labor will be billed accordingly.
3. Rear Panel Replacement Attempt
Please note that if we attempt a rear panel replacement, there is no warranty associated with this service. Rear panels are delicate and can sometimes break or cause other issues during removal. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee the condition of the panel after the replacement attempt.
If your device is diagnosed with water damage, the diagnosis will be billed at an hourly rate. This service involves assessing the extent of the damage and does not guarantee a successful repair. The time spent on diagnosis will be charged at the rate agreed upon at the time of service.
5. Customer-Provided Parts
If you provide your own parts for the repair, please note that there is no warranty on these customer-provided parts. We will install the parts as requested, but if they fail after installation, we are not responsible for any issues that arise.
6. Customer Responsibility
We recommend that you backup your data prior to bringing in your device for repair, as we are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
Ensure that all personal items are removed from the device before submission. We are not responsible for any items left on the device.
For devices with no power or that are not functioning, we cannot guarantee data recovery, and there is no liability for lost data or failed repairs.
7. Additional Terms
All repair estimates are subject to change depending on the extent of the damage or complications discovered during the repair process.
